Product
An NDIS CRM is customer relationship management software purpose-built for NDIS providers. It tracks participants, referrers, and providers, manages enquiries through onboarding, automates reminders and paperwork, and centralises communication. Unlike generic CRMs, an NDIS CRM understands plan types, funding categories, service agreements, and the referrer-driven growth model Australian NDIS practices run on. Carely is the NDIS CRM built for Australian allied health practices, support coordinators, and plan managers.
Carely is an all-in-one CRM platform for Australian NDIS providers. It combines CRM, scheduling, invoicing, workflow automation, unified inbox, and marketing into a single platform purpose-built for allied health practices, support coordinators, and plan managers with 1–10 staff.
Yes. Pipelines, workflows, enquiry forms, and templates are pre-configured for how NDIS providers actually work: participant onboarding, referrer relationships, funding conversations, service agreements, and more.
No. Carely does not integrate with PRODA or NDIS bulk claiming. It's a CRM and business platform, not a claiming tool. You'll still use your claiming tool of choice alongside Carely.
No. Carely is not a clinical records system. It focuses on the business side of running an NDIS practice: marketing, sales, operations, and finance.

Data & Security
Data is hosted on AWS and Google Cloud globally. We don't claim Australian-exclusive data residency. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Only you and users you grant access to. Carely staff access production systems only when required for support, and all access is logged.
Carely is a business platform. Your compliance with NDIS Practice Standards depends on how you run your practice; Carely helps you document, track, and automate the business operations behind that.
Migration & Onboarding
Growth plan includes dedicated onboarding. We configure Carely around your practice, import your existing contacts and pipelines, and build your first three automation workflows. Practice plan onboarding is self-serve with templates and guides.
Most practices are live within a week. Growth plan dedicated onboarding runs longer if you want us to build custom workflows before you switch over.
Yes. CSV import supports contacts, participants, referrers, and providers with full field mapping.
