No. Carely is a business operations platform for CRM, marketing, scheduling, communication, and payments. For NDIS bulk claiming, you'll still need a dedicated claiming tool. Carely handles everything around the claim: client management, invoicing, follow-ups, and getting paid.
Carely is hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure (AWS and Google Cloud) with data encrypted in transit and at rest. The platform uses globally distributed servers, so data is not exclusively hosted in Australia. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
Carely integrates with Xero, Google Calendar, Outlook, Zoom, Stripe, Zapier, Make, and supports webhooks for custom integrations. Practice and Growth include all integrations; Solo covers the core calendar and inbox integrations.
